Don’t Just Wish – Make list – Part 3

by Maggie on June 27, 2009

Welcome back! Nice to see you again.

So, what’s next, oh yes, look you need to have useful content at all times when sending emails to your list not just offers to buy this and buy that in every email. You know what I do when I receive those? UNSUBSCRIBE!

Try Make each of your subscribers feel important in the process and always create new ways for them to visit your sales or business website when you wish them to do so.

Again, please remember your precious email list is the tool that will enable you to make the majority of your money online. Your email list should be treated like a huge pot of gold! I have heard it said “If I lost everything tomorrow but I still had my list I would get back on top in an instant” - this is so true.

Now I would like to cover ways to increase your opt-ins on your list.

Social Networking Web Sites. Social networking web sites, such as Twitter, Facebook and others are “Buzzing” right now, meaning your target market is also there!

So start using the social networking web sites where your target market participates.

Article Marketing. Article marketing is another great way to gain more newsletter subscribers. To use article marketing you need to write articles that your target market is interested in and submit them to article directions.

When you submit articles you will also be able to submit a Resource Box with them. Your Resource Box is a paragraph at the end of your article that tells the reader more about you and links to your web site – therefore add a link to your opt-in offer!

If you need help in writing Articles Just go to Original Custom Written Articles

Blogging. Do you have a blog? Blogging is a very good magnet for your opt-in offer if used correctly.

To do that, make sure that information about your opt-in offer is listed prominently on your blog. (Take a look at mine).

I know many people say “But I don’t want to be a blogger” OK cool, I hard what you said, but honestly, if I said it would help build your list quickly – what would you say then? Just think about it.

You know, the above is only the tip of the iceberg in regarding building your list there are so many other areas you can tap into, and I will go more into those at another time. But for now, I want you to make a commitment to look on your list as a “Cash Cow” and start to put into place one or more of the ideas above to increase that list as quickly as possible.

Don’t be a “Gunna” you know what I mean, “I am gunna do this and I am gunna do that” and you never get around to it!

Be a “Done’r” (Is there such a word?) be a “I have done this and I have Done that and the results are … …!”

Until Next Time

I Cheer You On

OK. I really hadn’t payed attention to your Opt-In until you mentioned it. Maybe I’m opt-in blind… But I went ahead and bit. I can’t seem to get enough information in my head no matter how hard I try. While I’m waiting for my confirmation email, I’m going to go work on crafting an opt-in form. Thanks again Maggie!

The money is in the list! That’s my favorite saying. It’s so important to build a large list. Once it’s built up it practically becomes an ATM machine. Many of the top level internet marketers can send out a broadcast and make between $500 to $1,000 in a matter of hours. It’s so vital if you want to be a success online! Great Post!
